Perfect hotel with extremely friendly and cooperative staff

Near restaurants and cafés. Comfy bed, large bathroom, and climate control in the room. Private safe and cable TV with on-demand movies provided. Outstanding food and cold drinks. Very nice experience at the resort.

The location of the hotel was particularly good - relatively near a watery amusement park. The breakfasts were enjoyable and amazing with toast, many varieties, fruits. Actually everything was modern, my next choice again in Kuta.

Lots of options in one place, including pools, child-friendly activities, and food and drink. Majestic-looking environment. Amazing staff who go above and beyond. Family-oriented resort with plenty of kids' activities and a great kids pool. Delicious breakfast with a mix of cuisines. Exciting themed dinners and happy hour specials. Perfect location, walking distance to malls, water park, and beach. We'll definitely be back!

The staff in every area were very friendly & helpful. The food was good & well presented at breakfast. We also liked the adults only plunge pool area, as we dont have small children it was nice to be able to have some adult space,it was very relaxing for us after a very stressful year.

We have no comment to make as there was really nothing we didnt like.

The staff were very friendly and everyone we passed greeted us, they were keen to talk about our lifestyle and tell us about theirs which gave us a good understanding on Bali.

The rooms here are spacious, impressive with three sofa beds and a garden view, and they also have great television; the location is fantastic, just off a short alleyway behind.

Variety of plentiful and incredibly nice breakfast items to choose from. Exceptionally comfortable beds and exceptionally good rooms. Marvellous and awesome location, 15 minutes' walk to Discovery Shopping Mall.

The hotel is both relaxing and lively. The staff at the Bell service are amiable. The room is brand-new and well laid out. There is a master bedroom in the room. There are channels free of charge. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. Smoke detectors are included in the room for guests' safety. The hotel is very centrally located. It is relatively close to a sandy beach.

Would be happy to recommend the property to all. It offers exceptionally nice breakfasts with adequate options for vegetarians.

The room is well-kept and well-organised with great layout for families with 2-3 kids, also they can offer wake-up service.

Views are not very nice.

This place is situated close to a fun water park and nearby are popular shopping spots like Discovery Mall and Kuta Mall. It is also just a short distance away from the beach, airport, and main shopping area, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything around here.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Bali's bustling KUTA area. The hotel was reasonably priced, offering great value for money. The attention to detail was evident throughout the property, from the beautifully maintained gardens to the impressive towel decorations. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The basic amenities were of high quality, and the rooms for big kids were fantastic, with a games area and a large bathroom. The layout of the hotel was perfect for families with 2-3 kids, providing ample space for everyone to relax. The breakfast options were also impressive, with a special mention for their delicious Sumatran coffee and adequate choices for vegetarians.

Everything was just perfect!

Location next to other restaurants, Waterbom and shopping galore for those that want to venture out and beach access to walks along sea front and the shops. Also, close to markets n shopping. Overall REALLY REALLY NICE stay on holidays.
